Holiday Refund Policy
Items shipped by HubsanUS.com between November 25, 2017 and December 31, 2017, may be returned until January 7, 2018, subject to our other return guidelines listed below. For more details on our policies please read the Returns Policies below.
Tekstra Brands ONLY accepts returns and exchanges on main models, this excludes all parts and accessories purchased from HubsanUS.com. Tekstra Brands guarantees refunds and exchanges up to 7 days from delivery date.
1. Exchange can be requested under one of the following conditions:
a. Product has sustained damage in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked with the presence of the courier.
b. Misrepresentation of the product purchased based on original description of the product.
c. Manufacturing defect (s)
2. Refund can be requested under one of the following conditions:
a. Within 7 days of delivery if the product has not been activated and is still in new condition (See Article 5).
b. Within 7 days days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect.
3. Refund and/or Exchange can not be requested under any of the following conditions:
a. Customer did not immediately report damage sustained in transit of the product.
b. Refund or exchange is requested after 7 days of delivery.
c. Product sent in for refund or exchange not including all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or with damage on any part of the product.
d. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to be provided, or have been forged or tampered.
e. Product held no manufacturing defects after testing made by Technical Support.
f. A crash or burning sustained while in flight, as well as any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign body (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation.
g. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show signs of tampering or altering.
h. Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to: fire, flood, high wind strength and lightning strike.
i. Any violation of the items listed above will result in termination of the return policy and will be returned at the cost of the customer.
4. Shipping Back Returns
For either exchanges or returns customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Please address all returns to:

5. Restocking Fee
For any product that is eligible for return in Article 2(a), the product must be retured in new condition (which includes all parts and undamaged packaging and capable of being sold to another customer) will be subject to payment of the restocking fee of 10% of the products retail value.
For exchanges, only the defective parts will be replaced; if the main engine fault the main engine is just replaced; if the motor fault, just replace the motor. Other parts will not be replaced. Products shipped to the warehouse must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. We will not be liable for poor packaging and/or lost or uninsured products.
In the event of a return the customer is responsible for all expedited shipping charges. Refunds or credits apply to products only.
